B. LYNN WARREN, CID, ASID E-mail
Lynn Warren is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. He has been a practicing interior designer for forty years, twenty-six of which have been with Stedman House. Lynn is a professional member of the ASID, state certified in Virginia (CID), and has completed graduate level courses at Virginia Commonwealth University. Lynn has held many board positions during his tenure as an Interior Designer -- from local and state civic organizations to historic and professional organizations such as the Virginia chapter ASID; Historic Richmond Foundation; Preservation North Carolina; the Virginia Governor's Mansion; and the State Regulatory Board for Architecture, Professional Engineering and Land Surveyors, Landscape Architecture, and Interior Design. Some of Lynn’s more prominent interior design clients include the refurbishment of the Governor’s Mansion in Richmond; Mount Vernon, the home of George Washington; and Randolph Macon College in Ashland, Virginia. Some of his more recent projects have been consultanting at Monticello, home of Thomas Jefferson; Goodwin House Alexandria, an Episcopal retirement community; and numerous residential clients throughout Virginia, coastal North Carolina, Washington, DC, and Greenwich, Connecticut.
TRICIA CRONISE, ASID, NCIDQ E-mail
Tricia Cronise has more than twenty-five years of commercial and residential interior design experience and has been a critical member of the Stedman House team since 1997. Tricia is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Clothing, Textiles, and Related Art and is a professional member of the ASID and holds her National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ). Since completing her undergraduate education, Tricia has completed graduate level courses at Virginia Tech, as well as continuing education courses focusing on technical issues, healthcare, and universal design. Most recently, Tricia is the lead designer for several retirement communities in Virginia and North Carolina, has been featured in multiple designer showhouses in the Roanoke area, and has performed design services for various organizations on the campus of Virginia Tech. She has held numerous community outreach volunteer positions and as well as various appointments in the City of Roanoke.
ALLISON BARNETT E-mail
Allison Barnett joined Stedman House in 2004 and brings nine years of experience to the Stedman House design team. Prior to joining Stedman House, Allison performed commercial and residential interior design in St. Augustine, Florida, focusing on the hospitality industry. Allison is an associate interior designer who is a valuable asset to the company on the various retirement community projects.
